I have a 06 Black Pearl ultra, I am going to get the inner fairing painted, do you think a silver metalic would look sharp or should I just go with black pearl, Thanks Al

Keep it black pearl. IMO it would only look right if you have a two-tone paint job. My buddy did his Ultra in a two-tone to match the blue and silver on the bike. Looks nice. Myself I have a red hot sunglo FLHX and it looks awesome all the same color. Add some of the chrome accents to the fairing to make it pop. The speaker grill inserts and radio trim help.

 

I concur, go with the black pearl.
