Corbin vs. C&C

I love my C&C solo, I've rode almost 800 miles one day and it's the best seat I've owned. I just bought the Pillion seat that takes about 1 min to put on if you want to take a rider along. It works great too and you still have the solo look.

I rode from CT to Sturgis on my stock seat, and my A$$ was hurt'n. I rolled right into the Corbin area, picked out a Solo seat w/back rest and a passenger pad for my wife. Corbin shipped my stock seat and the passenger pad home and installed the new seat right there.
We did 500+ mile rides everyday on the way home and one day was 660 miles. My butt never hurt and I really enjoyed the ride.
I think the C&C seats look better, but once a Corbin breaks in it can't be beat for long rides.

I have a 08 SG and couldn't get a good comfortable fit with the C&C seat. Had a Corbin on my old triumph speedmaster and liked it. I got a LePera Sorrento for my SG and love it. It feels a good as my old Corbin w/o the breakin period. Don't rule out a LePera great customer service also.

Anyone use the C&C solo with a pillion pad? How is the pillion pad for longer distances? I like the sport touring but the rise from the rider area to the passenger area is more than I would like.
