I went to my dealer last weekend for the same thing and they are around $542 bucks each before any discount painted part number for black is 90899-04BHY for left and 90900-04HBY for right. I need a set but have not put any real time into looking other then talking to them since I was there.

If Im not mistaken that price is for JUST the bags. All the hardware is additional. I was given a ball park price of 1100$!
