I don't get how an '06 only has 3200 miles. Who would buy an HD and let it sit?

Justy got the bike home last night. I will post some pics of her to day. As for the low miles, the man that owned it was 74 (I WILL NOT SAY OLD!) and had breathing problems. Emphysema maybe? Anyhow he converted over from a goldwing and then after he bought this one is health went down hill.
