Hello, I purchased a 09 Road King Peace Officer Edition bike a couple months ago. I seem to always choose a theme for my toys Jeeps, Guns, Cars...... I am wanting to go with a Police Interceptor theme for this bike. My planned mods are the basic Intake, Exhaust, and PC-V. I am also looking into getting some Blue/Red LED's for the bike. I purchased a police interceptor emblem off a crown victoria police cruiser and am trying to figure out where to mount it. I was thinking, since the emblem on the cruiser is on the lower left side of the trunk. I could put it on the lower left side of my bag. I was also thinking of placing the sticker in the middle of the bike right under the tag. What do you think? I would love to get your ideas and suggestions on the bike and this theme. Thanks very much!
I don't know about other dealerships, but Riders Harley Davidson in Trussville, AL (just outside Birmingham) required a copy of my Police ID, a letter from my sergeant and I had to sign a agreement stating that I would not sell the bike for one year.
