Default Speedo Question

I lubed my clutch cable last night and this morning noticed my Tach/Speedo/Trip wasn't working. Checked my Speed Sensor and it was completely clean and looked good, but no luck. Fuses are good.

Could it just be coincidence my Speed sensor may have gone out when I was working on just lubing my friggin cable? Was working fine before.

using Red Line V-twin Tranny fluid.

figured it out. Pinched my wiring when I put my clutch level assembly back on the bike and caused a short.
