Cool concept, but I wonder about night riding too. I suppose you could just turn it off and use it when parked.
But I always say, the world is full of clever people. I like the part about putting your company logo on it and then writing off your bike as an advertising expense.
Seems a bit over-the-top to me and it would certainly give me problems when riding at night. In the picture it looks cool though. It's like those LED lizard lights. I saw them on an Ultra and they looked pretty cool, but I wouldn't put them on my bike. To each his/her own.
Alabama doesn't prohibit additional lighting. They only permit certain lighting. Only White and Amber/Yellow from the front and Red and Amber/Yellow from the rear. Blue is reserved for law enforcement and is a quick ticket if any blue is on you vehicle. If you can see this design from the rear when riding it would be very distracting. I had a windshield that carried the yellow from my running lights illuminating the out edge similar to the way fiber optics work and it drove me crazy. i put a piece of tape over the contact of the bulbs that cut off the running lights but still allowed the turn signals to work.
