Default Dakota Digital Gear Indicator
Has anyone mounted the Dikota Digital Gear Indicator? If so, how do you like it. Pros, cons, pics?

If you install their dresser kit it will tell you what gear you are in too. I like the feature. It operates off of the tach by monitoring the shifts. Once calibrated it is accurate.

Looked into it on several occasions. Decided against it, reasons:

1. Blue display doesn't match up to anything.
2. Use my tach to shift, 3000+, upshift, 2200-, downshift. Doesn't matter which gear I'm in.
3. Another hole in the fairing? Hmmmm.....

But then again, I might not miss what I don't have.
