If you go with the SE adjustables spend the extra cash and get the newer tapered SE adjustables. Also, still tracking down the electrical issues.

in reply to twisted cherokee...i understand what your saying about side thrust, but now will i have to take that play out with shim/shims on rocker shaft? i would hate to tear the head apart...if i can get away with just a p.rod change..that would be great..i will check shoes also..and i don`t really have a prob. getting p.rod clips out..been doing it for years on my shovel head..but thanks to all for the info. btw..just 8600miles on the bike..got it last summer..twin cams are new engines to me..cut my teeth on panhead 53 and shovel 71..still have shovel over 35 yearsthanks everone Rob
