Thinking about going with fuel moto and jackpots for a stage one. Changing slip ons and air cleaner shouldn't be a problem. Except for my mechanical ineptness.
I'd appreciate some info on power commander install. Thanks.
You will be well pleased with the PCV. FuelMoto price and customer service are both excellent. As others said the PCV install is very easy just make sure everything is plugged in good. The AC will take a little longer but just follow the directions closely.
One tip, putting a little grease on the orings will make them stay in place so you won't lose them during the install. You need those orings on the SE backplate install.
Just one more piece of advice on the install, Make sure you remove the Induction Module bracket. FuelMoto refers to it as the throttle body bracket. The SE backing plate will fit if you don't but you will be sucking unfiltered air. A rookie mistake I made but I caught before I put 20 miles on thanks to reading this forum and bad weather.
Just to add....I called Fuelmoto for a Power Commander for my bike. I wanted it by Friday because of the weekend I wanted to go for a NICE long ride...I paid a few $$$ more but I got 2 day shipping....I called them back the 2nd time about 15 minutes after I placed the order to see if they had a tracking #....they did....said it was going out soon and it was already mapped to my bike....now that is customer service.....and the price was RIGHT!
