B28-1004 Burly Slammer Kit for Touring
Anyone try one of these kits yet?
I have a 2008 Road Glide and am looking into this.
They say they are Progressive shocks?
Can not find anywhere how low it goes.
I want at least the same ride or better that I have with stock.
Any experiences with the kit yet?
I have an email to them but have not heard back yet.
Might be too good to be true for less than $300.

Just got this email from Burly with me asking how low it is and about the ride.
Not sure I want the ride worse than it is now on my 2008, maybe his 2009 rides like a 2008 now? Sent an email back asking about rubbing in the rear and 2up riding?

The kit is well named! It'll drop 2+" out of the front and 2.5" out of the rear! No way to do that without compromising ride quality a bit!
I've got a bunch of miles on our 09 Street Glide with the kit and short of big bumps, the ride seems fine to me.
