Well I finally did it. I bought the 09 Ultra Classic with ABS and security system. I am thankful that people told me about Gettysburg HD giving $2K off MSRP although they did not have any with ABS left. So the MSRP was $22,669 and I was getting $11,585 trade in on my 06 Deuce. So I asked for more and they deducted a cool $1000 off of the MSRP and gave me a $300 gift card. I accepted the deal and pick it up tomorrow.
Plus I only pay state sales tax on the difference between the purchase price and the trade in price and I get to deduct the sales tax off my income tax. Is this a great country or what.
I am excited yet hoping that I won't regret not buying the 2010 models instead. I can't find enough people to call to brag. So don't bust my bubble yet.
