Cool CVO Touring Models

Hello, I recently picked up a CVO Ultra Classic from a dealership in FL, and drove it to my home in NC. I love it, and more importantly, my wife adores it. The bike rides great...but during my trek, I heard a whining sound from right side of bike (transmission) only in 5th gear. Would appreciate any comments or thoughts before I bring it to a dealer. Thanks.

They all whine in 5th gear. It's the way the gear is cut. Nothing to worry about.

Is it an 07? Almost all of them do it.

Put some Redline Shockproof in it. It'll help quiet it down & smooth the shifts some.

... and if it's new it just needs some miles to settle down and break in. What a great bike! Post pictures!

Turn the radio up, and the whine seems to go away. LoL
