Default Back Rest and Rack Question

Just received the short back rest 52610-09, the 2 up rack 54215-09, and the 4 point docking hardware 54205-09 for my 09 RK. Backrest did not come with instructions. My question is this. Both backrest and rack can be mounted together? Also, are the front mounting points for the backrest the existing shock mounts on the bike? That looks to be (without the instructions) how this would mount? Haven't put it on yet, just want to make sure everything makes sense before I do.

back rest goes on forward docking points, and the 2 up rack goes on the read docking points. If you need the instructions, you should be able to have your local HD dealer print off the PDF file for you.
