Tried the link above and got nothing but it might be blocked here at work will try from home.
left thursday eve. after picking up the scooter (30k service). stayed in south bend and rode to arlington, va. on friday. showered and walk the 3 blocks to the metro. walked the mall. quite a few people as it was a nice night. i found the vietnam memorial to be the most thought provoking. it was completely dark except for the lighted walkway. i am not ashamed that i shed some tears. i walked back to the metro as i think there was nothing more there that could touch me like that did. (yeah i know, wuss). the lincoln memorial was awesome.
sorry about the quality. i hate cameras. http://s804.photobucket.com/albums/y...view=slideshow
i stayed at the econolodge in arlington on lee highway. $90/night. clean, small and very friendly. not much within a short walking distance as far as food. prolly 3/4 of mile to restuarants.
when work gets back to normal i plan on flying back for a few days. i am really glad i went.
ride safe and smile
was back home at about 10:45 last night
