Anybody out there done business with these folks? I ordered some repair parts for my wife's modular helmet, and I can't get them to answer an email, and there's no way to do followup status (even with an order number) on their web site. They didn't have any problem processing the credit card! They're in Daytona, and business hours are 10am to 4pm. Did I get stung, or is this a reputable company?

I'm hoping that someone from FL will see this and give me some good poop on how reliable this place is. I'm hoping I just caught them at a busy time, but it's a little strange that they wouldn't at least answer a simple email requesting shipping status. They don't even respond.

I have bought a few helmets from them in the past. I actually had to return all of them because they didn't fit right but I didn't have any issues with them. They are probably swamped getting ready for Sturgis.

I have seen there shop in Daytona, but I don't know them.

I ordered a face shield from them and changed my mind. It took several calls with a detailed message requesting a cancellation, but they finally called me back to confirm my request.

Thanks, it sounds like they're a legit business. I just got an email from them saying the parts have shipped....then they have a little box to click on for UPS tracking info. When you click on it, it goes to some "Mickey Mouse" page that doesn't tell you anything. I guess I'll just wait and see if I get the parts. I've sent them two emails and haven't gotten a response yet.... Probably right about Sturgis.
