How much louder are they than the Jackpots or Rhineharts? I am wondering if the OL would complain from the passenger seat. The look really awesome. I like how they chromed the inside of the endcap.

Can't comment on cruise or WOT because I haven't had a chance to take it out yet. But at idle they are a little louder than the Jackpots. But not only are they louder they are lower. That makes a big difference. Not only can you hear them but you can feel them.
Can't say what the OL approval factor would be in your case. I know mine loved my Rineharts.
At WOT, the Bub 7's rival my old V&H Big SHots -they scream, but as the previous poster said, they are deep which to my ear is less offensive. They are not like straight pipe loud, but you knwo I am behind you when I roll on the throttle!
You almost have me talked into these slip ons. How would you compare these to Rush w/2.0s? Are they quieter/louder? I don't know anyone who has the BUBs so I don't know if will get to hear them before I "give it a try". The sound bytes on the internet give a good impression but it seems every sounds a little different in person. Sorry about the extra questions ......
I have the BUB7's tru duals and they are awesome, best sound I've heard, I like them better than Rineharts, which BUB makes also, anyway I don't think you can go wrong with the 7's.

I can't speak to the Rush pipes because I have not heard them. I think the internet video is misleading. They much sound quiter on the internet video by Bub, than they do in person IMHO.
Update:
Ok I got a chance to ride with these today. All day in fact. Did a little over 300 miles. And I love these pipes. At cruise they have a nice mellow rumble. But they do bark when you get on it. Love the sound all through the powerband. And they do get you noticed and help you be seen. I saw more than one cager checking their rearview when they heard me coming up to roll by them.
But another added bonus I was not expecting was a little kick in the *** to the mid range torque. I was cruising about 70 in 6th and I rolled on the throttle and she responded quicker than quick. Tested it out at different speeds and gears and it does have more mid *** now. Dunno if this is actually from the pipes, the new map for them or a combination. But whatever it is I likey.
