I like the Cabela's hikers, you can get steel toe and GoreTex lined. My feet never get wet and they have a great sole on them (thick and comfortable) for walking when you get to where you are going.

been wereing dr martins for around 10 years.8 holers i would guess.lots of rubber to isolate your feet and steel toe'd.soles can be kinda slick in cretain situations.overall though i like them.

I wear Chippewa ..nice on the ride and good for walking too. You can also stuff your pant legs in them if you need to. Got them after I came to a stop sign, caught my pant leg on the peg of my Sporty and almost fell over.
