Man It is good to hear that the injuries sound like they were minor. Texting while driving is now illegal here in the commonwealth of Virgina. It looks like she was launched when the car submarined under the seat like that! I bet she had a hell of a grip!
I too think she should be sued for her ignorance and make her pay. It is cases like this that should be sued for.
S&C the only problem with that study is that it was squashed because big brohter was afraid of the impact it would have(money cuts, constituents not voting for them, etc). Lovely how our gov't looks out for our well being ONLY when it benefits them.
They should treat anyone that is doing stuff other than driving as Drunk drivers and throw ' em in the tank.
GPS is another one that needs to get looked at. Yea its a neat gadget and MIGHT have some redeeming qualities but if you don't know how to read a map or remember directions....stay home.

That has to be the most amazing wreck I've seen.... WOW the cycle gods were with them that day as that could have gone a whole lot worse.......
Can you imagine being on that bike and skidding that far connected to the car? not knowing if you were going down and under and any second.... kudo's to the rider for keeping it up...
Now, give the little texting b!tch 30 days at least in jail, she'll get the message (pun intended)
I am glad the bikers are ok. The law says no texting and I am sorry the way I feel but I think they should have pull the driver out and shove the cell phone down her pie hole and then beat the tar out of here
