Exhaust Question

I'm sure this has probably been asked, but I couldnt dig it up. I have a new 2009 Ultra and was at the dealer this past weekend shopping for a bit better exhaust. The dealer stated that HD requires,when purchasing new exhaust, to also install the SE race tuner and air cleaner. Otherwise I have to sign a waiver so that the warranty doesnt cover anything that may be caused by the exhaust installation. This brings a set of V&H monster ovals up to a grand total of ~$1400 installed. Sounds fishy to me. I know the SERT and AC will improve the performance, but can't you download new maps for your FI instead of spending an arm and a leg?

Call site sponser, FuelMoto, just put Power commander, air filter and rinehardt slipons from them on my 09 Ultra for almost half your price. More options going with the powercommander.
