Well, I've arrived in Hill City and am sitting in comfort in my cabin, no camping for me, 24 years in the Army took care of that desire. I like comfort these day. The bike ran great except for tha damn check engine light. I think it is still thowing historical codes. I pick up my wife in Rapid City tomorrow, so I'm going early and and let the HD dealership there look at it since it's under warranty. I left Hot Springs this morning and it was raining cats and dogs. Good thing I put on my wet weather gear before I left. I saw a bunch of bikers coming down the road with no helmets and cut off t-shirts! Suckers, looking cool ain't so good sometimes. Hill city is packed with bikes and all kinds of sales going on, but I"m tired, it raining and I dry in the cabin. Got TV, internet, and a good book, and tomorrow night I will have the wife. Looking foward to riding th Black Hills, already saw my first herd of buffalo. Now it's chill time. I will start taking and posting pics as I go. Hope to meet some of you here. I will go to the Throttle on the 1st and 2nd to see if I run into any of you.
