As for the thread I started, I am simlpy amazed it is sill going....I knew I would get some reaction; but OMG!! Let it die, please...

P.S. I still own a '07 Nightster for bar hopping, but I intentionally omitted that part...

Honestly, I don't know what changed. About two months ago I was riding my V-star 1300 and joined up with a group of people out riding on their Harley's. It's been in my head ever since that I wanted one. So I test rode every Harley the dealer would let me take and the FLHX was the one for me.

TL;DR - I finally grew up...

well, I guess my buddy was right on then. he always says 'eventually everyone grows up'.
