Been there! I had my shield on though and that was bad enough. I can imagine what it must have been like without it. When I got caught in the rain, I was about 150 miles out. no rain gear, and had to drive with one hand covering my face as much as I could cause it was stinging the crap out of me!

boy...i seem to always get caught in the rain..
got caught in a storm coming out of branson missouri... silly storm was pushing us around all over the place !!.. made it home, the last 88 miles, and found out it was a tornado !
it blew over, we was wet as can be, but wow ! what a ride !

I see it happens to a lot of riders. Just glad you guys and myself made it home safe. I just got threw cleaning the bike and now I'm to tire to ride. I put the cover on it so in the morning I will put some wax on it. Ride safe over the Holiday, and watch out for the As***Ho**s.

I just got home from a 11 state 3125 mile ride through TN, AL, MS, AR, OK, KS, MO, IL, IN, KY, WV, and back to VA. We followed a storm system from St. Louis MO. through IL, IN KY, WV, and into VA without getting rained on more than a sprinkle. We rode almost right behind it, a lot of time we would ride in on wet roads but not really ever in the rain. That's why my buddies named me Thundercloud for being able to read the sky and sneek around the rain clouds. I earned it on this trip!!!
