OK, this is sad, but according to the article the truck indicated he was turning left, and these guys then proceeded to pass him on the left.
WTF??
They were asking to die, you don't do this in a car unless you want to get in an accident, or if you do this on a bike, your asking to die.
Seriously, how stupid of a maneuver. They could have waited 10 seconds for the truck to turn and lived.
Jeesh, no pity for stupid drivers, in a cage or on two wheels.
Still sad, but what dumb way to die that was totally avoidable.

Woke up to the awful news here in Germany. I grew up in Ormond, went to school with his daughter Wendy, and have always been on awe of what Bruce has done for the motorcycle community and the kids at Boggy Creek Camp for seriously ill children and their families. My heart goes out to Sandra and all the Rossmeyer family. God speed, Bruce.
