Maybe it's just me but my bike doesn't seem to be as responsive as it used to be. In other words seems to be a little doggy on acceleration. Starts right up. No missing or sputtering at idle or highway speeds. It has a SERT and has been dynoed but that has been a couple of years. Do SERT's ever lose there map? Do you think I should plug it in and re-map it? Does anyone ever do this?
The SERT is just a computer connection and program used to map the ECM. If the ECM ever lost it's map the bike would not run. I'll let others chime in on what the problem could be.

Thank you. That is what I wanted to know. I had the bike, a couple of times, die on me while I was pulling in the clutch to turn into my driveway. It would start right back up and I haven't had it happen since and that was about 500 miles ago. Thought it running kind of doggy (maybe it's fine and i'm imagining) might be related. Don't know what was causing it to die but like I said, has not done it since.
