Default New mustang seat & cruise control

I bought a new mustang seat (#75877) & a cruise control kit (#77198-04) for my road king custom.
The seat is comfortable but it put me in forward position and about inch higher.
Is there any way that I can lower this seat? There are four rubber bushes in the seat. Can I replace those with short ones?
I installed the cruse control kit with help of this site.

And it works great.

That link combined with the instruction sheet supplided with the cruise kit was what I used when installing cruise. Seems I recall referring to both about equal.

Can't help you on that particular seat.

Wuznme is correct. My Mustang settled in after a few thousand miles. It should get down to about stck height.
