Total: $179.50

I've put 400 miles on them in the week they've been on, found
them to be great on the roads with the tar filled in cracks and
pretty decent on the corners, however I did not care for the wet
handling ability of them in the rain storm I got caught in.

I replace the original Dunlop 402 tires with 10k on them and
even with those miles on them they preformed better in the rain.

All rides have been two up with 36psi in frt & 40 rear.
Wow - great prices.

I was due for new rubber on the front and back so I have been reading a lot about different tires and I decided on E3's. I just placed the order yesterday with Denis Kirk:
Ordered for my 2006 Ultra:
1 Part# 542893: Dunlop Rear Elite 3 MU90HB-16 Blackwall Tire
1 Part# 542887: Dunlop Front Elite 3 MT90HB-16 Blackwall Tire
$230.00 Delivered

They will be here tomorrow.

I will have my local dealer do the install. I gave them a chance to sell me the tires. They said they don't carry the E3's and would have to order them in at a cost of $340 just for the tires - they do not negotiate or try to match price. I told them they don't need to match the price just show some consideration. Anyway, the $120 difference will pay for the install and a set or two of brake pads.

Anyone having any issues with the 90 size Versus the stock 85 on the rear?

just MY experience... YMMV as far as rear tires go
OEM = 9,000 miles
Metzler 880 = 8,000 miles
first E-3 = 10,000 miles (replaced at the same time as wore out M-880 front tire
current Elite-3 = 12,000 miles and going, I can see the wear bars, but am not at the wear bars.
Tires doing quite well, dry or wet, with only "problem" they "squirm" on hot/wet tar snakes

Pretty good prices, could you post a link? or a phone number/location? I did a quick search for "E moto" and found a web site, but there weren't any tires listed, on the one I found

i've got one on the rear of my 08 sg, and could not be happier. now i wish i could put miles on the bike so i can wear out the stock tire and replace it with a e3 also. i know that riding on rain grooves with the stock d402 i'd get that dreaded butt wiggle going on with the rear tire. that's a thing of the past with the e3 tire. the bike handles much more predictable now too. i can go further into a curve before having to brake. they claim that they last a lot longer than the stock d402's also. i'm sold on them.

No, the MU90 is virtually the same size--.06" wider and .01" taller.

You got that right! Put the E3's on for a 2500 mile road trip - nice tires - but once going into an off ramp in the Adirondacks, with the wife and gear, I hit a ton of tar snakes and got that instantaneous feeling "I'm going down"!!! Even put my foot out motocross style! Obviously didn't, but it sure was unnerving. Since then I've come to expect it, and it isn't so scary.

Denis Kirk $250 shipped to my door in 2 days.
