01 Electra GLide convert to FI?
Just bought my 1st Harley and i was suprized its still has a Carb. its a 2001 Electra Glide Classic. it has the Screaming Eagle AirFilter kit.. I noticed it pops alot on decel its appears it has Straight pipes with Fish Tail Ends. Can I convert this to FI? or is there a better Carb I can get? thanks

Converting it to FI would be costly. I would suggest having the carb rejetted by a decent mechanic if you don't want to do it yourself. But if you are planing on changing the pipes I would hold off until that is done.

The factory carb is decent if it is set up properly. Out of the box they are lean to EPA standards. Then when your pipes were changed it probably got worse. A new carb is not necessary IMO.
