The install was very easy (took less than 1 minute), but the cover is very loose and rattles very badly. The item came with no install instructions, so I tried it with the metal spacer flipped both ways and still the same thing.
I thought for sure the cover would have some type of magnet to hold the cover in place and to keep it from rattleing, but it just lays on top of the base.
Is this just how the covers are? Or am I doing somthing wrong?
If I can't get this resolved, I am just going to get a refund (if I can). This is a very poorly made product.
