To each his own. I think the stock wheels look fine and I would never have laced wheels with tubes again, although I do like several of the after market chrome wheels.
[sm=exactly.gif] I thought about chrome wheels but figured, what the hell, you can hardly see them anyway. Besides, I don't think the stock RK wheels are that awful looking. They are definitely easier to keep clean than the laced wheels on my last two Harleys.
I appreciate the suggestions that are coming in.. I am checking into several of the companies mentioned (I actually started with HogPro since they are a sponsor). I have a catalog from performance machine coming in as well.
I thought about not changing them at all.. or changing just the front (since oyu really see very litle of the rear wheel)... but I think it is just a matter of time (and the right wheel) before they get replaced.
