i have an 04 Rubicon as well that is a trail only rig. This one was suppost to be for hunting and around town and then I started buying stuff. WEll I have bought stuff that I have not put on because once it goes on it will not make a good street/hunting rig.

I am putting a small patch of grass in the bak yard as i am now dong the landscaping. Only problem is I am not buying a mower for this house when its a small patch so i am just goi to put some good artificial turf down.

in cities now their is this thing called an HOA ( Home owners Association) many will not let yo modify your front landscaping and will only let you plant in the rear with approved set of drawings and plans....
so all front yards look the same is their goal... Everywhere i have lived for the last 10 years has had an association. this one is not as bad as some but it stilll is a pain.
