Default PCV map question

Just got my PCV installed on Friday. Everything seems fine except I had it stall a couple of times after idling. Died as soon as I touched the throttle. So I connected my laptop. Throttle position is good and I can see everything real time on the right side but the whole center of the screen is blank. At the bottom the notes have what it came loaded with from Fuelmoto.
2009 Harley Davidson Touring Model *Advanced Map*
Bub 7 2:2 exhaust
Screamin' Eagle air filter
Stock ECM
Rev Extend enabled
Table 1 is front cylinder

So if it came loaded with the map already, how come nothing is displayed in the center of the screen to show all the setting's? What did I miss?
Thanks for any help!

Bob

Its your heat management system, when it kicks in a lot of us with the PCV have had the issue, I don't remember all the steps for it, something about adding fuel or something through the PC. There have been a few threads on it. Someone may chime in and tell you exactly what to do. In the meantime, try searching for PCV issues or something like that.....Jamie at fuelmoto can tell you exactly what needs to be done as well.

If you think it's doing it at idle and your EITMS is turned on it's just a settings adjustment. You can also cutoff your EITMS to avoid this issue altogether. I adjusted my 0% throttle position at 750, 1000 & 1250 from 0's to 5's for both cylinders and it cured it. If you think it's something else call Jamie for sure. . Here's the link brettnbama was speaking of below that covers it.

PS. Sent you PM after re-reading the description of your map "Bub 7 2:2 exhaust" you might have a true duals map vs slipons. I'd definitely followup with Jamie on Monday.

I had developed the same problem with my pcv from fuelmoto.Contacted them and they sent a new map which richened it up a little.Problem solved.
Or you can do what acchd suggested and cutoff the EITMS.

When you connected the PCV to your Laptop and established communications between the two, did you clik the "GET MAP" button ????

Right now I turned off the EITMS, but I don't think it was going into that mode yesterday when it happened. Idle dropped to 900 and it died as soon as I touched the throttle. Checked the throttle position with the software and that's good. Tried to reproduce it today both with EITMS and without and it never stalled. Leaving it turned off for now.
I can't get any info to come up in the center of the screen though. If I select get map a box pops up for me to click on a map that I downloaded to the computer which I shouldn't have to do. It came with the map loaded, at least it should have. Like I said earlier, in the notes it has all my info with my set up so I'd imagine it's there, just can't find it.
Even if I had the stock map, something should display in the center screen, right?

Otherwise, it runs great! Smooth acceleration and no popping decelerating.
I'll call Fuelmoto tomorrow.
Thanks!

Great catch! I did have the wrong map. Pretty sure I said slip-on when I ordered, but nonetheless I downloaded the right map now and she's up and running. Hopefully that takes care of the stalling issue I had yesterday. So far so good. And I did figure out how to get the table in the middle of the screen...click on table on the left side. Not sure how I missed it earlier...go figure.

Thanks again! Owe ya one...
