did the 07s come with cats in the muffs? if so will it help perf when i replace the muffs? thanks and ride safe

the way I understand it, and I believe it only applys to Calif models, is that the 06's are the only ones to have cats in the muff's. that's why , here in the Arny state, it's illigal to put 07 muff's on 06's, even tho the 07's are "street legal".
