I just have a couple of questions hopefully someone can help me out. First i have vance and hines slip ons coming do i need to replace the muffler clamps?

If anybody has some ideas i would appreciate it
thanks
I put a set of V&H basic slip-ons on my '09 and they came with new clamps so you might be all set anyway.
For my wife and I the slip-ons are just too noisy though so I guess you'll see them on Ebay soon.

Clamps should be good..
Ordered my biketronics kit on ebay...complete w/ sony gt730ui radio..came with a big 3m vinyl sheet to cover the radio..and a splash guard for the front..to put on when needed..fits tight into the radio/glove box opening..pretty easy to install..good info in the touring section of this forum..there is a sticky up top for biketronics install
Installed Biketronics a year ago and am extremely pleased. Comes with rain gaurd and has been great. Have had my mufflers on and off 4 times and never changed clamps, no leaks. HD propaganda about clamps only good for one use.
+1 on the Biketronics, I got mine last year.
Installation was a breeze, complete plug-n-play. Sound is great !
I got the Sony radio with USB on the front. I carry a few thumb drives with music and just plug one in. 4 gb of music. Keep a CD in just incase I have to put the splash guard on. Or just plug my ipod in and can use the handlebar controls with it as well.
Great kit for 1/2 the price of HK that HD's come with.
