I saw someone had posted a pic of their ac cover. It was black with chrome grille work around the sides. I believe it was mentioned they had painted part of the cover.
I have searched until I'm tired of looking at covers and can't find that one. Can anyone remember the pic? If it's yours, can you please post the pic and the maker info again?
I saw the Roland Sands one. Brettnbama has it right. Besides, the boss would never let me get that far into the checkbook.
Somebody has one that looks similar but, I believe, was originally all chrome and they painted the outer face. The end result is something that looks as good as that one for a whole lot less.
