and i thought it was only us jims who screwed up. now quite being such a girly-boy and get back out there and go riding. hospital security might park your 06 glide for you when you ride it to the emergency room. glad it wasn't more serious. besides,in a few years when you're sitting on the porch and start laffing about something goofy that you did years past, nobody will be able to understand what's so funny. it works for me pretty regularly.

Post us some pics of the pickup when you get it done. I had a chance to buy a 56 F100 in all original, running condition years ago but didn't have the $400 the guy wanted for it. All it needed to be complete was a tailgate. Had the original flathead motor too, pushbutton starter on the floor, neat truck.
