I used the "Old-Style Rider Footboard Assembly," HD part no. 50599-89T on my '04 Electra-Glide. Included the pans and rubber inserts. They're priced $49.95 ea. (don't know why they're listed that way) in the 2010 P&A catalog at page 305 . These have fitment information that said they fit all FL models (FLHT, etc. and FLST, etc.).
Comparing the pictures of the ones you mention and these, they look identical except for the rubber inserts surface molding--and I like the older version better--more retro look than the newer ones.
Give Dawg a PM and ask him about fitment. Since the "Old Style" fit Touring models, don't see why the ones you want wouldn't fit since these kits don't include mounting brackets; just pans and inserts.
I believe the "half-moon" shaped boards that you see on soft tail bikes have the same bolt pattern/spacing as the floor boards on the FLHT bikes. You should be able to just buy the pans and the rubber inserts and bolt them up.
Show me some pics of how these look on your bike. It's about the last thing I though about doing to mine. Going with a real retro look, and thought these boards may top it off. Then you know you gotta replace the brake pedal, and the ball starts rolling.
