Be ready for people to ask you about them. Since I got them on, everytime I have ridden, someone has said something to me or asked about the pipes. There is a guy buying a '10 Roadie here and he is now checking into them for 2010 models

I think there should be a balance between the black and the chrome. Since your bike is black, your front forks are chrome, and you have chrome heads, I believe the chrome pipes will "balance the bike." I would not add any more chrome though.

Just my .02 cents...

Tough call. Remember that the black BR isnt gloss black like your pics and that they do come with the chrome ends and badge. Good luck, and dont pick the wrong ones!!

I think the black pipes go good with the black wheels. If the wheels where chrome, I would say go with the chrome pipes.

If the engine was blacked out I would say go for black. But as it sits chrome looks much better. There needs to be a balance.

I'm thinking about the V&H in black for my white SG. Does the passenger peg need to be relocated? Do they help with the heat issue, make it worse or no difference?
