Default 2009 Streetglide problems

I have a 2009 Streetglide and the seat keeps popping off bending my fender. Harley Davidson has replaced three fenders and three seats and nobody is getting it repaired. Now they have added two bolts and spacers to my frame so the stock seat has something to bang against. This seems as if it keeps my seat from popping off but it is still bending my fender. It seems to me that the plastic seat pan isn't doing the job under acceleration it seems as though the seat is compressing and putting strain on the one 1/4 in bolt that hold my plastic seat on my $20000 Dollar bike. If anyone else is having this problem please let me know. Sorry if I sound a little bitchy but I bought a touring bike to ride and it is only two months old with two thousand miles not much touring possible when it is always broken.

Default Streetglide seat

Lemon law is a lot easier said than done. I like the bike but when the seat flew off in N.J. rush hour traffic I was not very happy.

it depend on your state, my bikes been in the shop over 15x over 20 seperate issues (some still unresolved), and has been in the dealer for more than a total of 30 days. so mine should be fairly easy... check your state lemon laws u should be able to google it. It sound to me like a serious concern that could get you killed or cause an accident

The dealer I use must be smart to that they don't take my bike until they have the parts so with all the work that they have done they have only had my bike for three days
