after my big crash of june 23 i have put my bike back together (mostly) i went to pewter pearl instead of the vivid black. i had color keyed latch covers and wanted a pair in pewter pearl. harley says they dont make them in pewter pearl..my question is you guys with pewter pearl flhx"s..are your latch covers chrome ? or pewter denim? or?

yes it just seems strange that there is no part number for the latch covers in pewter pearl..

Mine are pewter. I do think chrome would look nice. It would add a bit of contrast to the bags. I guess it depends on what look you are going for. I like a more blended look in this area. I prefer eyes to be drawn to the bags, not the latches.
