Help needed FLTRX
I do agree with will2002 that you should wait a few days and sort things out before getting in a panic and doing something that you might regret later. That bike is a 2010 and probably will not depreciate any more over the next six months than it has already. Good luck.
hang in there, try to figure out where you can cut costs first, internet, etc...
2nd, never take a personal check, EVER. I don't care who calls from the bank, Cashiers checks and Bank drafts are just okay. imo.
I've seen too many times a personal check, and sometimes even bank drafts, cancelled, after delivery. And then, whether it's legal or not, you have no money and the rider/mtorcycle is in another country. And an argument starts needing legal help, and the profit goes down the pooper, and blah, blah....
SO, there is NO WAY I would ever sell anything of real value, such as a motorcycle-car-boat that can be driven off into the sunset, without having a wire transfer completed.
Wire Transfers are currently the only safe way, or rather a much, much safer way of getting your money, short of CASH of course, which is really what a wire transfer boils down to. Once you have it, you have it.
(please, this is just my experiences with high ticket items, so.................)

Anyone with Ideas please post, I'm trying not to make any quick moves but looking for options.
The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
Look at their webpage and see when they are hosting weekend dealer events - that'll draw a decent sized crowd and maybe some lookers.
Good luck.
