Gray haze?

Gray haze?
I just got an 2006 Road King and I started to detail it today. I noticed that the inside of the Headlamp and Driving Lamps have a slight grayish haze on the inside glass. The headlamp has what appears to be a swirl stain.I pulled them apart and tried to clean them and swished some rubbing alcohol inside of then to try to clean them up but it is still there any suggestions? It does not seem to affect the brightness of the illumination it just looks odd.

Kind of a "known issue" along with the moisture and or stain on the under side of the speedo glass.
I replaced my driving lights with the smoke gray units, and took care of those milky looking things. Living with the headlamp swirl.
