We are still waiting for the 2010 models to arrive in Australia. Can anyone tell me - does the 2010 Road King have new bars pulled back closer to the rider - I notice everyone complains about the bars on the 2009 model cause you have to reach forward. Can anyone tell me whether they have been improved on the 2010 model FLHR?
I have also rented an 09 model on several occasions. If there is a difference it is not noticeable. It is still the same torturous bars to me. I've rolled 1500 miles on it and my back is screaming.
Got the new Carlini's 16" x 1.5" apes going on now.
I got a 2010 RK and wasn't real happy with the bars they needed a little more pull back and a litlle more height. A parts girl at a local HD shop suggested the heritage bars. I got them and loved them
