Hi air flow filter

I've installed my friends CVO slipons on my Ultra but just wondering can you install the HD hi air flow filter without installing a fuel management system a get any benefit? Will it work at all without getting it dyno tuned? Money an issue and just trying to do it in stages.

I am doing the same thing. The stock CVO pipes are suppose to be SE. I am going with a SE air cleaner kit also. I think you have to go with some sort of tuner or ECM download or the engine will run leaner than it already is, and thats not good. I can't decide if I want to go with FuelMoto or SE. Keep us posted on what you decide. Thanks
