Sweeeeettttt....I just got a 2010 Ultra (not the limited) and I really like it, got 1300 miles on it since 8/4. It is a great bike, my only complaint is the seat...
I live in Naperville and had bought the 07 Ultra I traded in at Wild Fire. Unfortunately I had a very bad service experience there and will never be back there for anything. I paid for a 1K service and requested synthetic oil in all three holes and was charged for it, but it was not put in. Also the tech just adjusted the clutch cable, instead of adjusting the lock nut and adjuster in the primary. When I called I was just told that I was mistaken and didn't know what I was talking about. No offer to make it right. I don't claim to know all there is to know, but I am a 25 year GM tech and know when I got screwed. I purchase this bike at Heritage HD in Lisle. I have had good recommendations from other riders on their service and integrity. I paid MSRP, but I was expecting to pay that on a Limited anyway as they are sold as fast as they come in at Heritage. I had a very pleasurable sales and service experience at Heritage so far. No pressure on the sales end and a good discount for accessories and labor from the parts dept and service dept. It has been a pleasure to do business with them so far. I know that Wild Fire is usually cheaper, and if your experience with them has been good then stick with them. Mine was not and I always vote with my checkbook.
Good luck on working on the "other". Mine was very supportive and actually encouraged me to go with the new scoot. I am blessed with a great wife that actually loves to ride with me. Anyhow good luck again and I hope you have a new scoot soon.
