Fly some APES! Put on a set of 16" chubbys! I'm 6'0 ride a road king w/ 16" chubbys & Love my apes! Sets my posture (shoulders/back) just right & bars are considerably wider, I put down 70k miles on my old roadking with these bars & had no problems even after 800-1000 mile days------Everyone has a opinion---you may just want to go 14's or 12' my old man flys 12" on his roadking & loves um---God luck

You might also take a look at pre-2006 WideGlide bars. Several of us use them on RoadGlides. I got the idea from a buddy that put some on his RK. They are VERY comfortable and also work with all the stock cables, wiring, and brake lines.
