I rented a Road Glide when I went to Las Vegas. I rode several hundred miles through the desert in pretty windy conditions. When I got off the bike, I felt great. The RG just cut through the wind like it wasn't there. I own a Road King and can't ride as comfortably nearly as long as I could on the RG. I almost bought a 2009 RG last month, but didn't do it only because I decided against a bike payment (mine's paid for!). Good luck with whatever you decide. My vote would go to the RG, but the SG looks cool too.
