Hello all. Just signed up here. Hope I can get some help. I have a 07 Ultra Classic. Vance and Hines clasic slipons, Screaming Eagle breather kit and a power commander. I am only getting about 34 mpg regular riding and on a good day on the highway 40mpg. To me this is not right. Two dealerships have said nothing wrong there. Anybody having the same problems. Thanks for your help. Alan
mpg depends on how you tunner is set up. if its rich to keep the bike running cool? your going to use more gas. you could have it dyno tuned. that way its set up for your bike.
i get 42-44

Reason: added mpg
Lucky you. I get 30 MPG with the slip ons only. 2 up, highway, solo, backroads, doesn't matter Always 30 MPG. Looking into a SE breather right now. It's a 01 Standard.
A lot of this depends on the riders style a well. I can probably get 45-50mpg if I go real easy on the throttle while cruising in 6th gear on flat highway. However I like to ride it like I stole it so my mpg suffers. My smiles per gallon is way off the chart however.
I had basically the same setup. Pipes, hi-flow AC, and a Power Commander. Got around 35 MPG regularly. Tried leaning my map out and it didnt really make much of a difference.
Switched to a TTS Mastertune and had Doc down in Clermont, FL dial it in. Now I get around 45MPG. Bike runs like a champ!
