New SG has the 2 into 1, so only 1 muffler.

It can be done....I saw a guy who used a single Kerker aftermarket muffler that is used for previous years. (you could use any aftermarket muffler of your choice) He made some sort of extension with a reducer pipe from the auto parts store so it would bolt up to his 2010 Road Glide. It wasn't covered by the heat shield but he said he could deal with it until the aftermarket catches up. He just wanted some more sound for now.

You will need a piece about 5 inches long.

Default Nightstick Muffler

New from HD - looks like a Screaming Eagle branded Supertrapp with the discs. You can google to find it. $249.00 for just the one. Looks like just the ticket.

The new 2010 2-1 exhaust collector outlet pipe is to small for good flow
and with the CAT makes for a poor exhaust system.

Removing the complete baffle in the stock exhaust is easy,
using a Dremel cut-off wheel.
Doing this will give more sound, but not loud at all. Feels like it revs a little faster?

I'm waiting for a PCV for the 2010 and then looking at a Pro Pipe.

I believe, but not sure that you can swap out exhaust from the 09's? If you can just find someone that wants to get rid of thiers and use a slip ons. Or get a new exhaust without that CAT

The problem with the '09 header is that the O2 sensors are in a different location. If you wait for the new PCV with or without the autotune you'll be able to run is since the stock sensors are removed.

I have one. Sounds crappy. Look elsewhere for a solution.
