why,why,why? the 96ci loses lots of power at that rpm ,and people want to raise the limiter? why,why,why?

i don't hardly ever go beyond the 5000, or 5500, but it's nice to be able to wind her out if you feel the need for a rush. i had the stage 1 download for the fatter air to fuel mixture, but an added bonus was that i don't hit the rev limiter.
